About the Project
A better data center for our
communities, utilities, and environment
The proposed project is a data center facility that will include six buildings totaling approximately 1.8 million square feet and a utility substation. The facility may support cloud computing, artificial intelligence computing, and enterprise services for clients.
These facilities will be designed with leading-edge, highly efficient power and cooling systems, incorporating best-in-class sustainability measures and meeting or exceeding applicable local, state, and federal environmental standards. The buildings are designed to achieve one or more green building standards, aligning with sustainability goals by the State of Michigan.
